Passport Copies - We will require passport copies for ALL applicants. 

NIE Certificates - We will require NIE certificates for ALL applicants. We understand that you may not of obtained an NIE certificate as of yet but get in touch with our team today and they can advise you on how to go about applying for this.

Proof of Income - We require official documentation that details your annual and monthly net income. This MUST be in the form of your last tax return e.g. P60 or SA302.

Bank Statements - We require between 3-6 months bank statements for all applicants. These bank statements must support both your income and your outgoings. 

Credit Report - Due to the Spanish banks not having a UK consumer credit licence we ask ALL applicants to obtain their credit report independently. It is from this document that we will calculate your outgoings against your income and we will then be able to provide you with your affordability. 

Annual Mortgage Statement / Rental Contract for Country of Residence - We will use this to calculate your debt-to-income ratio.

Proof of Deposits - The banks will require proof of the difference between the purchase price and the mortgage. They will also need to see that you have the funds to pay the associated costs (for more information on the associated costs get in touch with our team today).

Copy of Reservation Contract - This can be obtained by the selling agent once you have paid a holding deposit for the property, We are able to process an application without this.
