Request a call back from one of our mortgage advisors or complete our online enquiry form. One of our mortgage advisors will make contact by telephone to discuss your requirements and your overall aim. They will then provide you with a mortgage quote by email which breaks down the initial costs (taxes, bank fees etc) as well as providing you with an idea on the monthly repayments. Along with the quote we will also include a list of the documentation we require in order to process your application.

Sending Documentation 

Once you receive our email and you are happy with the information we have provided it is now time to gather ALL of the documents and return them by email. On receipt of the documents we will make contact by telephone to confirm we have everything. Your advisor will then send you a copy of our authorisation contract which allows us to approach the banks on your behalf. Once we receive the signed authorisation contract we will then submit your application to our panel of lenders.

Approval & Valuation

We aim to have your approval within seven working days of submitting your application. We will then contact you to advise you of the offers and explain the benefits of each. It is now time to instruct the formal bank valuation. In order to do this we will open your account with the nominated bank. You will receive an email containing the account opening documents. We require you to sign these and send them back by email. We will then ask you to transfer circa €500 into your account so the bank are able to instruct the valuation. The whole process from opening the bank account to receiving the valuation report back takes seven working days but depends on the access arrangements for the property.

Formal Approval

Once the valuation report is back and all is in order the bank will issue the full formal offer. They will also provide the final figures required for completion (deposit + costs). You are then required to transfer these funds in to your nominated account. The bank require the cleared funds to be in your account at least 1 working week prior to completion.

Completion

The bank will liaise with your legal representative and book an appointment at the notary office to sign the deeds. Either you or your legal representative must attend the notary for the completion.
